About The Position

As Metaplex expands its reach, we’re hiring an Ecosystem Marketing Manager to own our co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners and content creators. In this role, you will craft and execute partner marketing playbooks for ecosystem partners and Genesis powered launches. You will be the point of contact with partners for all marketing requests and questions, develop and execute a marketing plan for content creators, managing their output and content. Additionally, you will prepare monthly recaps with key statistics and collaborations in the Metaplex ecosystem, define KPIs for partners and content creators, track performance, and iterate on growth tactics. You will also help decide which live events and digital initiatives are worth sponsoring.

Requirements

• 2+ years in ecosystem, partner or KOL marketing.
• At least 2 years of participation (formally or as a hobby) in the Solana ecosystem.
• Familiarity with all the major Solana players (DEXes, trading apps, marketplaces etc).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen sense of what people care about.
• Data-driven mindset with high attention to detail.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity, tight timelines, and fast paced startup culture.

• Base compensation range of $90,000 - $140,000 per year.
