About The Position

Works under the supervision of the assistant professor to provide necessary tutoring to all program students. Responsibilities include: attending all classes of assigned courses and working closely with the professors; monitoring assigned students’ class attendance and fulfillment of class assignments; attending nightly tutorial sessions; meeting regularly with assigned faculty to determine the proper procedures for augmenting classroom assignments; submitting written reports on students’ progress; maintaining an environment conducive to learning; attending some social, cultural, and recreational activities during the weekends; living in the residence hall for the duration of the program including weekends; attending regular weekly staff meetings; and other duties as assigned by the assistant professor.
