Job Description Inspire, excel and grow with us U.S. Bank is looking for a strong leader to join the Economic Sanctions Screening Adjudication team within the Transaction Processing and Shared Services department. The organization's risk management structure is designed to promote effective governance and risk management that is systematic, transparent, credible, timely, and verifiable through clear delineation and execution of key roles and responsibilities. Its goal is to manage risks that may impact the company, including credit, financial, liquidity, market, operational, reputational, strategic, and other risks as appropriate. The Economic Sanctions Screening Adjudication Manager will partner with leaders in their assigned Line of Business, Business Risk Consultants, and other Business Risk Managers to, depending on the function, oversee the successful creation, implementation, and maintenance of an effective risk management framework. May lead projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. May facilitate the identification of gaps and drive solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors. May ensure the active identification, response and/or escalation of risks as appropriate. May influence policies and procedures to maximize profit potential and minimize regulatory exposure. May be accountable for an effective partnership between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense. Location : 3180 S Rider Trl Earth City, Missouri 63045 Schedule : 9:30am - 6:00pm CST

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Seven to 10 years of applicable experience
  • General Agency Clearance required
  • Applicable certifications

  • Advanced understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
  • Advanced understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business

  • Strong knowledge of business risk competencies
  • Effective skills in leadership and management of process , projects and people
