Currently, this position will work at the WakeMed Raleigh office on a rotating basis with 3 other Technicians. On the days not in the office, this position will work from home. Primary job duties include: Serving as receptionist for main Wake County Human Services Office at WakeMed Processing mail, faxes, documents, and emails daily, uploading into OnBase Serving as back-up to three other technicians, performing various administrative duties Exhibiting excellent customer service skills in all functions Screening patients for Medicaid and submitting applications in NCFAST NOTE: This position requires the employee to obtain an annual flu vaccine, along with maintaining current immunizations. The employee will also be required to obtain and maintain CPR certification. The employee is required to complete multiple learning modules annually to meet hospital requirements. This position requires COVID vaccination, unless an approved religious or medical exemption is obtained.
