About The Position

The eCommerce Online Order Selector is responsible for picking and preparing online customer orders with accuracy, care, and efficiency. This role ensures that items are selected in accordance with company standards, properly substituted when needed, and prepared for pickup or delivery on time. The eCommerce Team Member supports a smooth, positive online shopping experience by adhering to daily processes, maintaining product quality, and delivering excellent service with every order.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol.
For Internal Transfers/Promotion/Rehire Candidates: 1. Your current leader must recommend that you apply for this position and provide an endorsement upon request from HR. 2. You may be asked to accept a part-time position if that is the only position available 3. Rehires must be approved by an HRBP

Responsibilities

Accurately selecting, packing, and staging high‑quality groceries and products for customers while ensuring freshness, proper handling, and adherence to company substitution standards when items are unavailable.
Maintaining and exceeding minimum productivity, accuracy, replacement, and order completion standards.
Maintaining a working knowledge of store products, departments, and offerings to efficiently complete customer orders.
Following all health department, food safety, sanitation, and weights and measures guidelines while handling products.
Assisting with staging, organizing, and preparing orders for pickup or delivery.
Adhering to all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
All other related duties as assigned
