Being a Brand Ambassador for the Watches of Switzerland Group, the Ecommerce Sales Supervisor will be an inspirational and motivational member of the management team who will support operating processes and procedures and continually improve a streamline client-oriented service with a primary focus on sales. The Ecommerce Sales Supervisor will lead, coach and motivate a team of Virtual Boutique sales professionals to achieve and exceed ecommerce sales targets. This role is responsible for driving performance through effective leadership, and the strategic use of technology to enhance both client experience and team productivity.
