About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate at AutoNation Acura Colorado Springs is responsible for interacting with hundreds of customers through online channels, phone calls, and in-person visits to facilitate vehicle purchases within a no-haggle sales environment. A key aspect of the role involves responding to leads promptly, providing information, answering customer questions, and guiding customers effectively from initial phone or internet contact to an in-store experience, all while ensuring an exceptional customer journey. This position requires helping customers select their ideal vehicle, negotiating terms to align payment options with their lifestyles and budgets, and successfully closing deals. Furthermore, the e-Commerce Sales Associate is expected to provide outstanding customer service both before and after the purchase, fostering loyalty through follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and assisting in the transition of customers to the Service department for their ownership needs. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • The willingness to follow up with customers
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Prior sales experience, retail preferred
