Overview: As an eCommerce Operations Product Manager, you will join a team responsible for managing and optimizing our eCommerce solutions, including reviews, shipping, product information management (PIM), and various other features and products. You will leverage your 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce operations to develop industry-leading and custom solutions within our platform. The eCommerce Operations Product Manager is a fully onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. Remote work is not available. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Responsibilities: Problem solve and execute eCommerce solutions within our existing platform in alignment with business goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including web development, UX design, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-quality eCommerce solutions. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and ensure a customer-centric approach. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
