Ecommerce Office Assistant
About The Position
Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 40 hours/week or fewer Starting Wage: $13.00/hour plus a pay increase after the first year of employment/probationary period. Desired Skills and Experience Experience in managing campaigns in different Marketplace platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Amazon FBA, Walmart etc MUST have an understanding of E-Commerce, Shopify, and other online marketplaces. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform, and is not intended to be all-inclusive) Assisting in activities related to day to day to e-commerce operations such as creating listings, how each marketplace functions, sales, return processing, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and reporting. Assisting with marketing and digital advertisement efforts Enthusiastic about our brands and products Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills in English & Spanish Outstanding work ethic and a high level of professionalism Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing store functions Be technology-minded in working with a variety of platforms to execute tasks such as product setup and data analysis. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Capable of multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing projects Ability to manage timelines and utilize internal resources. Must be able to work well with others in a collaborative and cooperative fashion Experience in Digital Marketing. Ability to develop and deploy an internal media buying strategy across Facebook, Google, and other social media platforms. Stock shelves, rotate product, organizing new incoming inventory in warehouse. Operate and maintain boxes and stock materials, manage the production queue and output, manage complex projects, manage retail supply, and complete assigned tasks based on priority. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the business; regular attendance and/or reporting could include regular attendance and/or maintaining established business hours depending on the scope and nature of the position Please note this is a home-based business.
