About The Position

Westin Furniture has been setting the scene for stylish outdoor patio living for over 20 years. From cozy patios to statement-making outdoor spaces, our decorative furniture shows up everywhere customers shop: specialty retailers, department stores, big-box home centers, and major online marketplaces. Now, we’re looking for an E-Commerce Account Assistant to help our products shine online. If you love clean product pages, strong visuals, smart data decisions, and watching listings turn into sales, this role has your name on it. This is an in-office position where you’ll work closely with our eCommerce team to manage marketplace channels and help expand our digital footprint.

  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success improving marketplace visibility and sales through strong listings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and dependable with strong follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • A good eye for branding, visual merchandising, and how products should be positioned online.
  • Ability to work well with a team while owning your responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of online listing and product content writing experience.
  • Experience managing listings in the furniture or outdoor furniture category.
  • Familiarity with marketplace analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and exposure to PPC advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the ins and outs of each platform’s rules, quirks, and best practices to keep listings compliant and competitive.
  • Keep product data dialed in: pricing, descriptions, images, and details stay accurate and consistent everywhere customers shop.
  • Write SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, and descriptions that improve visibility and actually convert browsers into buyers.
  • Monitor ASIN performance including rankings, reviews, ratings, and sales trends, then make smart, data-backed improvements.
  • Scope out the competition to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities we can win.
  • Upload and manage listing images that meet platform standards and make our furniture look as good online as it does in real life.
  • Partner closely with the E-Commerce Account Manager to align on goals, strategy, and performance metrics.
  • Jump in on additional eCommerce support projects as needed, because growing brands don’t stay in neat little boxes.
