About The Position

We are seeking an Ecommerce National Account Manager to lead growth for our Modern Ember and Country Living brands across key online retailers, including Amazon, Wayfair, Lowe’s, and Home Depot. Expanding our dealer network will also be an important part of this role. As the primary liaison with wholesale teams and buyers, this position will help shape strategy across pricing, promotions, logistics, merchandising, content, and customer service. You’ll also oversee forecasting, inventory planning, and sales reporting while working closely with our Merchandising, Brand, and Customer Service teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in developing and supporting a consumer-facing online business is a must-have.
  • Experience working with major online retail platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, Lowe’s, and Home Depot is a must-have.
  • Experience working with buyers for e-commerce retailers is a must-have.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and experience managing a budget and an understanding of ERP systems.
  • Online account management experience with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Understanding of marketing, measurement and analytics and content management.
  • Familiarity with effective wholesale platforms, upload sheets, tools and practices.
  • Current knowledge of ecommerce sales trends and activities.
  • Passion to work in an entrepreneurial and high growth environment.
  • Aggressive curiosity and dedication to learning something new every day.
  • The successful candidate has impeccable project management skills, very self-driven and proactive in resolving issues while driving operational excellence.
  • Excellent skills in collaboration and influence, both internally and with external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for Amazon, Wayfair, Lowe’s, and Home Depot with strong knowledge of supporting functions like pricing, cost structure, logistics, customer acquisition, merchandising, and branding.
  • Consistently partner with buyers for e-commerce retailers, with a focus on both selling digitally and selling the brand story to buyers.
  • Track and grow sales, delivering daily and monthly performance reports.
  • Maintain platforms and tools for scalable growth and data-driven optimization, using rapid test/learn/refine processes.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Brand leadership to align e-commerce strategies with broader business goals.
  • Leverage analytics to deliver insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and mentor a Resolutions Specialist.
  • Boost listing visibility and traffic using wholesale tools and targeted promotions.
  • Monitor KPIs, traffic, ads, and margin growth for ongoing optimization.
  • Maintain and improve wholesale listings (titles, descriptions, images, reviews, specs, etc.), optimize keywords, and resolve listing issues promptly.
  • Analyze platform reports to identify growth opportunities and address sales fluctuations.
  • Implement effective merchandising and pricing strategies to drive conversions and profitability.
  • Monitor forecasts and collaborate on inventory planning.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in wholesale and dealer channels that align with brand profitability goals.
