About The Position

Eaton's North American Sales division is currently seeking a Ecommerce National Account Manager. This hybrid role can be located in one of the following cities: Beachwood, OH, Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Menomonee Falls, WI, Moon Township, PA, and Woodridge, IL. The E-commerce Sales Manager will be responsible for the leadership and Go-To-Market of the Eaton Distributed IT nationwide strategy within eCommerce. This leader is tasked with the achievement of sales plan goals, ensure customer intimacy and satisfaction, drive market share gains, and ensure the effective ROI of sales and marketing investment strategies with their assigned accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in an e-commerce environment. Additionally, the role involves developing pricing strategies and determining whether products should be sold directly to Amazon or through third-party resellers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Minimum 5 years E-commerce and/or sales/marketing.
  • Possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
  • Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of specified locations.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US now and in the future without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce sales, with a focus on Amazon.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
  • 7+ years of E-commerce sales/marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and developing a high performing team.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure professional growth for employees and retention within the team.
  • Capable of serving as coach/mentor for high potential professionals outside of the function/region.
  • Direct enablement KPI's that support sales plans to reach market share objectives across all support functions.
  • Collaborate to develop thought leadership for the market by developing partner value propositions, recruitment and enablement content, programs, and offers.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring they are fully optimized for search and conversion.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Transform voice of customer into value propositions and leading sales / marketing tools, working closely with product marketing / management and marketing communication teams.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to improve product ratings and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales potential.
  • Support the creation of a centralized dashboard with data coming from the various systems and distributor and partner POS reports.
