Responsibilities

  • Range Planning & Forecasting Plan and manage OTB at regional level. Work closely with Buyers to plan and forecast seasonal buys. Ensure assortments align with customer demand, online behaviour and commercial targets.
  • Pre-Season Execution Support launch planning, allocation and pricing for new seasons. Contribute to range planning and seasonal readiness for online channels. Ensure availability for peak trading moments.
  • In-Season Trading & Stock Risk Management Monitor sales, stock levels, sell-through and markdown performance. Execute tactical actions to hit sales targets and optimise closing stock. Manage repeat orders, consolidations and markdown strategies. Proactively flag stock risks and opportunities, especially for online-driven demand.
  • Business Analysis & Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide analysis to support trading and performance decisions. Work closely with Business Performance, Marketing, Ops and Franchise partners. Understand market-specific nuances and competitive landscape.
  • Process & System Improvement Participate in initiatives to improve tools, systems and productivity. Support projects aimed at increasing trading efficiency and accuracy.
