About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Website Merchandiser to support the day-to-day management and merchandising of our ecommerce store. This role is responsible for product setup in Shopify, organizing products and collections, executing on-site promotions, and supporting initiatives that improve the online shopping experience and drive conversion. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced ecommerce environment while collaborating closely with marketing and ecommerce teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Clear communication and collaborative working style.
• Proficiency with digital tools and ecommerce platforms.
• 1–2 years of ecommerce, digital merchandising, or retail experience preferred.
• Experience working with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage product setup and launches in Shopify, including product information, images, variants, tags, and collections.
• Maintain product organization and collection structure to ensure a clear, intuitive shopping experience.
• Execute on-site merchandising strategies including featured products, collection sorting, and homepage merchandising.
• Manage and update on-site promotions, banners, and campaign landing pages.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events in coordination with marketing and ecommerce teams.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve product visibility, merchandising, and conversion.
• Assist with projects that enhance site usability, navigation, and overall ecommerce performance.
• Maintain accuracy and quality across all product listings and on-site merchandising elements.
