As an intern on the eCommerce Team, you will support day-to-day tasks, contribute to site updates and campaign launches. You will work closely with the eCommerce Team in addition to the Marketing Team. This is a great opportunity to build foundational ecommerce skills and understand how a digital business operates. This role will reporting into an eCommerce Manager. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, product management, or similar fields
  • High attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data analysis
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic familiarity with Excel, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, Content Management Tools
  • Coursework or projects related to Ecommerce or digital marketing
  • Must currently be a junior or senior actively enrolled in a 4-year university program in the United States at the time of application.
  • Must be able to work in-person at the stated office location (Costa Mesa, CA) for the 12-week program duration during summer 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Support site and content audits to drive improvements to the customer experience
  • Help QA the site for accuracy across pricing, promotions, images, and content for key launches
  • Support merchandising tasks such as sorting collections, tagging products, and ensuring proper categorization and attribution
  • Learn to pull basic data from analytics tools and support reporting needs
  • Attend team meetings, assist with project coordination, and help maintain documentation
  • Own research projects that explore improvements to the digital shopping experience
  • Conduct competitor research and gather insights to support team decision making
