About The Position

Elevate Outdoor Collective is in search of an experienced Ecommerce Analyst to join our Direct to Consumer team. The Ecommerce Analyst will play a crucial role in consolidating global reporting across various ecommerce platforms, including GA4, Meta platforms, email marketing, website platforms, and regional ERP systems. Reporting directly to the VP of Global DTC, this role requires a motivated professional who can establish structured processes for data-driven decision-making, with a focus on delivering superior consumer experience for each brand. An excel master with tableau experience is key to success for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, ecommerce, or a related role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI Tools such as Tableau (preferred), or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal direction.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and lead projects to completion.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • SQL experience is a plus to be leveraged with data modeling in DBT, Snowflake, and Rivery.
  • Experience with P&L reporting and ecommerce platform analytics.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and email marketing datasets.
  • Passion for the outdoors and winter sports.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, consolidate, and maintain reporting across multiple ecommerce channels, brands, and regions.
  • Report on and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor ecommerce performance.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable reporting process to deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc business metrics.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards, including new dashboard development, feature enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ecommerce data across core platforms (NetSuite, BigCommerce, GA4, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta, Locally), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on brand, website, campaign, and post-sale performance; investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems.
  • Create data visualizations and insights using Excel and Tableau to support customer journey optimization and business decision-making.
  • Support recurring business cadences including weekly sales reviews, email list reporting, and weekly/monthly business review presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Email, Performance, IT, Finance, Brand) to support ecommerce strategy and execution.
  • Provide flexible support for ad hoc analysis and competitive pricing or marketplace research as business needs evolve.
