Join the conservation team at The Wilds and play a hands-on role in the recovery of one of North America’s most unique and imperiled amphibians—the Eastern hellbender. This position works closely with the Director of Ecology to support the hellbender head start program through daily animal care, habitat system management, fieldwork, research, and public education. Ideal for a detail oriented and mission driven professional, this role contributes directly to species conservation while supporting the broader mission of the Columbus Zoo Family of Parks and The Wilds.
