About The Position

An iconic high-end lifestyle brand is seeking an East Coast Regional Manager to oversee and scale its full-line retail footprint across the East Coast. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, consistency, and operational excellence across both flagship and regional stores, while helping to shape the future regional structure as new locations open. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, brings strong people leadership skills, and is able to balance hands-on store engagement with strategic regional oversight. This role will lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and regional retail talent, partner cross-functionally with HQ teams including Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Finance, support new store openings through leadership hiring and operational readiness, and ensure brand standards and customer experience are consistently executed across the region. In-office role with regular travel throughout the East Coast region

Requirements

  • 7+ years of retail leadership experience; regional-level responsibility preferred
  • Proven experience leading multiple full-line retail locations
  • Strong people leadership and talent development background
  • Experience supporting flagship and high-volume stores
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and operational excellence
  • Comfortable operating in both hands-on and strategic capacities
  • Experience supporting new store openings and regional expansion
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the East Coast

  • Experience within premium, contemporary, or luxury retail strongly preferred
