This position will report to the Advanced Strategic Programs (ASP) Finance team in King of Prussia, PA and will support a multitude of program finance functions: - EVMS Setup and Management (COBRA Tool) - Establishing and Managing Program Management Baselines - Support the Program EVMS Business Rhythm - Support the Weekly/Monthly Financial Reports and Analysis - Working with Program Management, Control Account Managers, Planning, Contracts, FP&A and other functional disciplines MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE TO START THIS POSITION This position is in one of the Coolest places to work: King of Prussia, PA Benefits of Employment: Our employees play an active role in strengthening the quality of life where we live and work by volunteering more than 850,000 hours annually. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college
Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work with EVM tools and analysis
Strong organizational, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE TO START THIS POSITION

Nice To Haves

Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), principles, application and tools (Ex. COBRA)
Hands-on experience with Subcontracts and Material EVM integration
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to perform detailed data analysis and provide actionable insights
Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and automation
Experience leading organizational change and process improvement initiatives
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college with 3+ years of related experiences
TS clearance
Experienced with SAP
