What You’ll Get $17.00/hour starting pay Weekly performance-based cash bonuses Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and Holidays Onsite gym access at our Arlington corporate office Career growth opportunities — we promote from within What You’ll Do Reach out to customers with early-stage delinquent accounts Build positive relationships while negotiating payment solutions Manage and monitor accounts to hit your daily, weekly, and monthly goals Keep accurate records and update customer information Stay compliant with internal policies and state/federal regulations What You’ll Bring At least 1 year of collections experience (auto collections a plus) Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) High level of accuracy, organization, and time management Knowledge of FDCPA or similar collection practices A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Able to work every other Saturday Authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a background check Why MEI Group We’re not your average auto finance company. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of collections experience (auto collections a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and time management
  • Knowledge of FDCPA or similar collection practices
  • A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work every other Saturday
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check
