The Early-Stage Program Coordinator will be responsible for strategic planning, oversight, and execution of Insight Memory Care Center’s early stage programming. The Early-Stage Program Coordinator will exercise independent judgment and discretion in determining participant appropriateness, designing and implementing programming, supervising staff and volunteers, and serving as a primary liaison to families. The Early Stage Program Coordinator is accountable for program quality, staffing oversight, and family communication. The Early Stage Program Coordinator contributes to census management and plays a key role in advancing IMCC’s mission through high quality, person-centered early-stage services. This position reports directly to the Early-Stage Program Director.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Music, Art, or Speech Therapy (or related field), or equivalent work experience.
  • Current certification as CTRS, Music Therapist, Art Therapist, Activity Professional, or SLP required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with individuals with dementia.
  • Demonstrated experience in program leadership and staff supervision.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and virtual platforms.
  • Ability to work independently required.
