GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Under the general supervision of the Enrollment and Family Manager, the Early Learning Family Case Specialist is the first line contact with families interested and enrolling in the Think Together Early Learning program. The Early Learning Family Case Specialist performs outreach in the community and shares information about the program, the eligibility criteria, and the enrollment process with prospective families. The Early Learning Family Case Specialist is responsible for ensuring all enrollment and eligibility requirements are met, as well as the overall administrative maintenance and record keeping of files for assigned locations and participants. Additionally, the Early Learning Program Specialist will translate documents and conduct general clerical work associated with the child’s enrollment and participation in the program.
