You will collaborate with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote functional skills, participation, and quality of life across home and community settings. Under general supervision, provides developmental speech and language services in natural settings for children ages birth to three. Services may include, but not limited to, initial and on-going assessment of skills, review functional needs for assistive technology, develop functional and development outcomes based on parent’s priorities, provide on-going coaching and training to caregivers in natural settings. Reports to Program Manager (Local System Manager)
