Early Intervention Service Coordinator Gunnison / Crested Butte Area Make a real difference-every single day. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience (or combination)
  • Valid Colorado driver's license & acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong organization, communication, and computer skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable working independently
  • Willingness to travel locally (mostly day trips)

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish-speaking a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities
  • Advocate for families and explain rights, safeguards, and available resources
  • Facilitate IFSP development, reviews, and team meetings
  • Coordinate evaluations, referrals, scheduling, and service delivery
  • Ensure services begin on time and meet state requirements
  • Maintain regular family contact and accurate documentation
  • Support transitions to preschool or other services at age three
