Requirements

  • A bachelor ' s, masters, or doctoral degree in occupational therapy and licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professionals.

  • Prior experiences working with pediatrics and young children with special needs is preferred.
  • Candidates with multilingual exposure and diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct care services that include home visits, center visits, evaluations and child groups.
  • Coordinates services for families and consults to other EI disciplines.
  • Participates in twice monthly staff meetings and relevant trainings.
  • Completes administrative activities that include client record keeping, forms for billing, time sheets, and any other activities required in performing the job.
  • Provides services and duties that are in compliance with Program, Agency, and DPH policies and standards.
  • Supervises student intern if appropriate.
