As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. About Goodstart Nelson Bay: Join this passionate team at Nelson Bay – a 59-place centre, rated as Meeting National Quality Standards. The experienced and qualified staff offer knowledge of the local area and what is available to families, and pride themselves on building strong working relationships with families and strong bonds with the children in their care. The staff go to great lengths to provide meaningful and educational programs for all ages, providing children with the skills to become confident, life-long learners. Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Nelson Bay East is centrally located, close to local schools, shops and main roads, as well as public transport and community facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
- Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
