About The Position
The Learning Experience – Ramsey is seeking a dependable Early Childhood Teacher to support our classrooms and help create a positive, nurturing learning environment for young children. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children across different age groups and contributing to a well-structured, play-based early learning program. Our center focuses on consistency, positive guidance, and hands-on learning to support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior childcare or early childhood experience preferred
- Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented
- Ability to meet all New Jersey childcare licensing and background requirements
Responsibilities
- Support daily classroom activities in a safe and developmentally appropriate environment
- Implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with The Learning Experience curriculum
- Guide children through daily routines, transitions, and learning centers
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Follow all state licensing requirements and center policies
