About The Position

EARLY CHILDHOOD SOCCER COACH (MORNINGS): Do you love working with children? Do you have what it takes to be the most fun 30-45 minutes of a child's day? If so, join our team and become a Soccer Shots coach! Our coaches are the face of Soccer Shots. They travel to our partnering locations and bring our proven Soccer Shots curriculum to life. We are currently seeking morning coaches, including preschool and elementary teachers, students, and other energetic individuals who love working with children. WHAT YOU NEED: Soccer Shots coaches must love children! A Soccer Shots coach should be dynamic, engaging, confident, and fun. You must be reliable, organized, on time, and 100% committed. One moment you might be roaring like a dinosaur with a toddler, and the next, clearly communicating program details to parents and school staff. All Soccer Shots employee must represent our core values: Joyful Experience Gritty Excellence Humble Leadership Honorable Impact WHAT YOU GET: $16 per 30-45 minute session 10-25 sessions per week (part-time) 30-40 sessions per week (full-time) Year-round coaching, Monday-Saturday Consistent scheduling (great for college students!) Career advancement opportunities (all of our professional staff were former coaches!) Leadership training and development WHO WE ARE: Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program for ages 2-8 with a focus on character development. We provide high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer through confidence, teamwork, and fun. WHAT WE REQUIRE: Experience working with children (coaching or teaching preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification HOURS: We are currently hiring morning coaches, with most sessions schedule between: Weekday mornings: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Weekend mornings: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM Additional hours may be available, and schedules are personalized to each coach: After-school hours: 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM Weeknights: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Are you looking for a job where the work is actually fun?
