Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified
• Ability to coach indoors/outdoors, move actively, and manage class energy
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and fun
• Patient, engaging, and great with kids
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable managing groups of up to 12 children
• Strong communicators
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Soccer knowledge is a bonus , not required—we provide full training!

Responsibilities

• Lead 30–50 minute high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2–8
• Create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment
• Teach soccer skills and character development using our curriculum
• Arrive 15 minutes early for setup, ready and prepared to coach
• Communicate positively with families, teachers, and staff
• Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols
• Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and the unique Soccer Shots energy
