Requirements
- Education: An Associate’s degree in ECE, Psychology, or a related field (or 40+ hours of relevant coursework).
- Experience: 2+ years of formal experience working with children (6 weeks to 6 years).
- Mindset: A deep respect for children’s autonomy and a love for both indoor and outdoor learning.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in ECE preferred!
Responsibilities
- Create: Develop adaptive, creative lesson plans that turn learning into an "explosion" of potential.
- Observe: Document children’s daily discoveries and share these meaningful milestones with families.
- Curate: Maintain a beautiful, safe, and organized "third teacher" environment (your classroom).
- Lead: Supervise aides and volunteers to ensure a high-standard, nurturing atmosphere.
