About The Position

We are looking for six dedicated Child Care Teachers to join our Richmond team. Utilizing the Reggio Emilia approach, you won't just "babysit"—you will co -research and explore the world alongside children ages 6 weeks to 6 years.

Requirements

• Education: An Associate’s degree in ECE, Psychology, or a related field (or 40+ hours of relevant coursework).
• Experience: 2+ years of formal experience working with children (6 weeks to 6 years).
• Mindset: A deep respect for children’s autonomy and a love for both indoor and outdoor learning.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in ECE preferred!

Responsibilities

• Create: Develop adaptive, creative lesson plans that turn learning into an "explosion" of potential.
• Observe: Document children’s daily discoveries and share these meaningful milestones with families.
• Curate: Maintain a beautiful, safe, and organized "third teacher" environment (your classroom).
• Lead: Supervise aides and volunteers to ensure a high -standard, nurturing atmosphere.
