Directs and supervises all program activities to meet the needs of the community and to fulfill YMCA objectives. Establishes new program activities and expands program within the community in accordance with strategic and operating plans. Recruits, hires, trains, develops, schedules, and directs a staff team of full and part time staff. Reviews and evaluates staff performance. Ensures records of staff certifications and files are current, complete, and licensing compliant. Develops and monitors program budget to meet fiscal objectives. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with families, students, school district personnel and other agencies to continuously improve programming. Ensure Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services State Licensing and Step Up to Quality requirements and compliance on an ongoing basis.
