What Are Your Responsibilities? This position is responsible for actively participating in an internship program that leverages advanced analytical skills, knowledge, and capabilities as a member of the Analytics & Reporting team, while providing exposure to enterprise-level stakeholder experience measurement, performance management, and insights development methodologies and tools. This role will assist with applying emerging technologies and analytical approaches to support development of best-in-class measurement frameworks, systems, and solutions for internal and external stakeholders. The intern may assist with designing and developing end-to-end infrastructure metrics and KPI reporting to support stakeholder experience strategy, product management, engineering, and operations functions; developing performance metrics and scorecards aligned to business outcomes; performing exploratory and ad-hoc analyses to identify drivers of experience and performance gaps; and translating analytical findings into actionable insights to continuously improve the business. The role will also support survey and experience data analysis, dashboard development, executive-level reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with business leaders and subject matter experts. Additional project support, administrative tasks, and ad hoc requests will be assigned to support evolving business needs. This role will also need to: Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business. Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested. Create a final internship PowerPoint presentation to share with department leadership covering the internship experience, the assigned project over the course of the summer, including the results along with any solutions or recommendations that can be leveraged by the department in the future.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a master’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, information systems, computer science, industrial engineering, mathematics, or a related field with comparable experience.
  • Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • Availability to work 10 weeks during the summer (June – August)
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. (Currently, we are not offering this program to students on a visa)
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, innovation, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with real-world datasets and translate complex analyses into clear, concise business insights and recommendations.
  • Strong foundation in applied statistics, analytics, or data science concepts such as regression, segmentation, and hypothesis testing.
  • Ability to synthesize analytical results into executive-ready storytelling materials for non-technical audiences.
  • Enthusiasm to enhance your own professional and personal development with a high attention to detail and strong data quality mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and help define analytical approaches.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal effectiveness.

  • Practical, well-developed PC skills, especially Excel, Word, Access, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of IT Analytics, Monitoring, Event Management tools, and experience measurement concepts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of dashboarding, data visualization, and audience-relevant technical presentations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder experience, customer experience (CX), service quality, or performance measurement frameworks is a plus.
  • familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
