About The Position

We design and manufacture large-scale ship systems for the U.S. Navy and other high-consequence applications where precision, reliability, and performance are critical. Success Criteria: At Jered, we consistently strive to attain the extraordinary, and as an Early Career Scheduler, your success will be measured by your ability to develop accurate, actionable schedules that guide project execution. Following processes, maintaining attention to detail, and effectively multitasking are essential, as is strong communication to build connections and set expectations with Program Managers, Engineers, Production Controllers, and team members. Previous experience with best schedule practices and tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera will help you thrive, while your ability to monitor progress, identify risks, and support corrective actions ensures on-time delivery. Requirements

  • Associates degree in relevant field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven ability to work on projects that require problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge in MS Project or Primavera
  • Effective organization and communication skills
  • Ability to make sound judgments while complying with policies and procedures.
  • Ability to assemble and present data in a meaningful way to stakeholders outside of the scheduler team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
  • US Person
