WSP is currently initiating a search for a POWER Testing and Energization (PTE) Early Career Field Services Technician for our project location in the states of Washington. Successful applicants will be involved in projects with our PTE Team and be a part of a growing organization that solving problems and supporting client needs in electrical testing and commissioning in utility substations, industrial and bulk electrical power systems. This Opportunity Provides entry-level support for construction, maintenance, environmental sampling, and technical field operations. Performs routine tasks to assist field staff in carrying out service activities across various work sites. Working under close supervision, the successful candidate will develop core proficiencies in equipment handling, safety practices, data collection, and documentation standards, as well as build foundational technical skills. This role contributes to environmental stewardship, quality assurance, and operational readiness by following established procedures and supporting experienced technicians in delivering field services.
