Requirements
- Motivated, coachable, and genuinely curious about learning a new industry

- Interested in sales, customer engagement, or phone-based roles where conversations matter
- Comfortable spending a large portion of your day on inbound and outbound calls
- Confident building rapport, communicating clearly, and managing multiple conversations at once
- Motivated by a performance-driven environment with clear activity and growth goals
Responsibilities
- Learn the mortgage business from the ground up
- Assist borrowers with documentation and questions
- Master communication and relationship-building
- Prepare to transition into a fully licensed Loan Officer role
