This role delivers brief clinical assessment, crisis intervention, solution-focused support, referral coordination, and workplace consultation services. The Care Manager ensures high-quality member experience while adhering to clinical best practices, confidentiality standards, and organizational workflows. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Applicants must be able to work the schedule below. • Monday-Friday 11:30am-8pm ET Pay Rate: $28-35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
