About The Position
We are seeking a senior-level Delivery Lead to manage S&C workstreams within a multi-year asset management modernization initiative. This individual will ensure coordinated execution and alignment across engineering, maintenance, and technology teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 Years of leadership experience in large, multi-discipline programs.
- Comprehensive EAM implementation expertise.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to guide teams through complex and evolving delivery environments.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Philadelphia, PA.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

- Maximo knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple delivery cells for Signalling & Communications functions.
- Drive delivery excellence through hybrid-agile practices.
- Coordinate critical path alignment, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Guide adoption of business processes and ensure alignment across sub-disciplines.
- Oversee risk, issue, and scope management activities.
Benefits

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
- Compensation: $100-$140/hour (1099)
- Term: 12+ month contract
