Requirements

• 4 years of work exp
• Medicaid domain expertise (MMIS, claims, eligibility, provider enrollment).
• Mainframe experience: JCL, COBOL, batch job execution.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SQL, and Change Management tools.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments and cloud migration testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test scripts for Medicaid mainframe systems.
• Perform End-to-End testing, including integration and UAT validation.
• Collaborate with business users, external partners, and technical teams to ensure test coverage.
• Maintain test documentation, defect logs, and provide timely reporting.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support data validation and environment configuration for test cycles.
• Support E2E Lead as primary back-up
