Head of E2E Integrated Planning & Report Lead Location: Bend, OR Onsite Requirement: This role is onsite at our Bend, OR location. Requirements

  • Strong experience in leading planning for large-scale life-science Capex projects, from concept through to manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Advanced analytical abilities with experience in managing complex datasets and producing clear, insightful reporting.
  • Ability to work independently while actively contributing to a collaborative, team‑focused environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving project demands.
  • Engineering background with PMO experience and the capability to critically evaluate engineering and operational inputs.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain the Integrated Readiness Plan (IRP) for all E2E project phases, ensuring full integration across workstreams.
  • Lead development and proactive management of the Integrated Schedule (IS) by collaborating with workstream leads across engineering, operations, design, delivery, and tech transfer.
  • Validate timelines, challenge assumptions, and identify optimized approaches that improve speed and quality of delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and planning sessions to align workstreams, define key milestones, and assess scheduling risks.
  • Monitor schedule deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to keep delivery on track.
  • Develop and maintain progress KPIs and reporting systems to track performance and ensure transparency across teams.
  • Engage daily with stakeholders across all disciplines to drive coordinated project execution and maintain a consistent delivery “heartbeat.”
