E15 Intern, Strategy & Analytics - Sports Illustrated Stadium
About The Position
The E15 Intern for Sports Illustrated in Harrison, NJ, will spearhead the delivery of analytics and insights to our operators and partners with the New York Red Bulls. In this role, you will be responsible for working with Levy’s Director of Operations and the New York Red Bulls’ Strategy & Analytics team to produce analytical insights and technology recommendations for hospitality initiatives to grow revenue and engage fans. Additionally, this position is responsible for establishing and advancing the methods, processes, and standards of analytics and partner service that fuel the innovation driving Levy Operations forward in tandem with the local E15 team.
Requirements
- Self-starter who is eager to learn and drive insights
- Earning a degree in business strategy, business analytics, finance, economics, or a related field
- Experience using an array of analytical tools for data analysis and visualization, including Excel, SQL, R, Python, and/or Tableau
- Can share examples of using data to solve complex problems
- Foodie with an interest in sports!
Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain reporting (heat maps, dashboards, slide decks, status updates) standards and formats for partner and operator end use
- Develop specific knowledge about the venue, including physical configuration, proposed technology, and operational processes
- Identify opportunities to change existing product offering or distribution
- Communicate key guest insights and potential action items
- Leverage available artificial intelligence, consumer insights, and emerging technology tools to drive guest experience and profitability
- Support, manage, or directly complete ad-hoc analytics projects as needed or required
