About The Position

The E.V.S. Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a clean environment for guests and employees at Kaw Southwind Casino. This role involves assisting with staff training, ensuring quality service, and handling various supervisory duties to ensure the casino premises are kept clean and guest service standards are met.

Requirements

Must be able to pass extensive background check in accordance with Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain gaming license.
Able to work any hours any shift Monday through Sunday.
Frequent lifting may occasionally be required to lift more than 50 pounds.
Position requires frequent bending, stooping, walking and standing.
Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Prepare room assignments for the area each attendant will be working in.
Make sure the staff is well trained in all areas.
Assist with scheduling when employees are to work.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Write any disciplinary reports and turn into Human Resources Director.
Responsible for monitoring employees, stocking and cleaning.
Assist fellow employees when needed.
Make sure all areas of the Casino and from the stop sign to the back lot are kept clean.
Ensures that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always number one.
Be courteous and professional at all time to co-workers, guests, vendors or anyone you may have contact with while on duty.
You must wear your gaming badge at all times while on duty or conducting company business.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate or controlling supervisor.
