Unit Context: Strategy and Governance (ITSSG) is a unit within the WBG Technology Office Department (ITSTO) That defines technology strategy and governance frameworks that align with WBG's business objectives and optimizes tech investments for efficiency, innovation, security, resilience and sustainability. The unit fosters collaboration among tech teams, business units, and external partners, promoting governance and process alignment to enhance business agility and drive strategic technological advancement. The ITSSG unit is seeking an ET Consultant to provide strategic and operational support, including analytical, monitoring, reporting, and coordination services for enterprise initiatives. This role enables effective tracking, reporting, and communication of programs, supporting leadership decision-making and improving visibility, consistency, and efficiency across ITSSG initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in communications, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in analytics, program support, or operational reporting.
  • ITIL v4 certification (required)
  • Experience supporting governance, compliance, or operational reporting in a large enterprise.
  • Proven ability to produce accurate reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience producing structured reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Strong written communication skills, including executive-level presentation development.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and Software Asset Management.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise tools such as: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Power BI (reporting and dashboards) ServiceNow SharePoint (documentation and reporting repositories) Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex) Presentation and visual design tools (e.g., Canva)

Responsibilities

  • Support HQ-level enterprise service management, and autonomous platform initiatives.
  • Track implementation activities and performance measures for autonomous platform efforts.
  • Provide analytical support for cross-functional technology integration activities.
  • Support and monitor implementation of digital strategy and transformation initiatives.
  • Organize tasks, coordinate teams, and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Track action items, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Monitor progress and identify risks, issues, or delays for leadership awareness.
  • Collect and consolidate input from multiple stakeholders for reporting and review cycles.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze operational and performance data.
  • Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Support governance, compliance monitoring, and service management reporting.
  • Produce routine and ad hoc status reports, summaries, and trend analyses.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, briefing notes, and summary materials.
  • Draft professional presentations for senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and information flow.
  • Maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and presentation materials in approved repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and version controlled.
