About The Position

As an E-Support CSR , you’ll be the digital voice of Dilling—responding to customer inquiries via text, chat, and other messaging platforms . You’ll help guide homeowners through service requests, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism Dilling is known for.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a digital or remote support role.
  • Strong written communication skills with a knack for making people feel heard and helped.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools.
  • A calm, solutions-first mindset—even when things get busy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home services or scheduling software (Service Titan).

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via text and chat in real-time, providing friendly, knowledgeable support.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up on inquiries with precision and care.
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM and support tools.
  • Spot opportunities to improve our digital support experience and share ideas with leadership.
