About The Position

As an E-Support CSR, you’ll be the digital voice of Dilling—responding to customer inquiries via text, chat, and other messaging platforms. You’ll help guide homeowners through service requests, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism Dilling is known for.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a digital or remote support role.
  • Strong written communication skills with a knack for making people feel heard and helped.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools.
  • A calm, solutions-first mindset—even when things get busy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home services or scheduling software (Service Titan).

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via text and chat in real-time, providing friendly, knowledgeable support.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up on inquiries with precision and care.
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM and support tools.
