The E&I Superintendent is responsible for planning and supervising work activities, determining construction methods, safety procedures, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, and work schedules. This role involves coordinating assigned work with different crafts, company departments, and/or subcontractors. The Superintendent maintains liaison with safety, engineering, estimating, and planning departments to ensure work complies with safety policies, drawings, specifications, and schedules. Key responsibilities also include assisting in resolving construction problems and safety issues, conducting accident investigations, communicating with the HR Department for manpower, monitoring craft compliance with project safety programs, and ensuring all required materials, equipment, and inspections support craft activities and the project schedule.
