This role requires robust people management skills, process optimization, and workflow enhancement to ensure seamless data transitions. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and controlling data migration activities such as data mapping, testing, and transferring data from legacy applications and third-party repositories. The Project Manager must ensure data preparation and hygiene practices are in place to protect sensitive metadata and files, including PII, PHI, and FTI. The position involves managing the preparation, generation, and migration of active and archival volumes of data, ensuring the preservation of all legacy application work products. The Project Manager will oversee the migration of historical structured and unstructured data into RelativityOne, encompassing configuration, planning, testing, execution, and validation, with required approvals from stakeholders. Additionally, the role demands stringent control over data security, ensuring all sensitive data is encrypted both at rest and in transit, and implementing multifactor authentication for end-user access. The Project Manager will develop and present a comprehensive migration plan with integrated QA/QC measures, coordinate and schedule outages impacting litigation technology operations, and proactively identify, track, and remediate any migration errors or anomalies.
