Leidos is seeking an E-Discovery Claims Processing Project Manager to work on-site in support of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. Primary Responsibilities: The Project Manager is the Contractor manager with primary responsibility for all support provided to a particular case. The Project Manager is the Government's primary point of contact for all support for the case. Communicates daily with DOJ COR, Case Managers, and/or DOJ Attorneys on requirements, schedule, staff assignments, and milestones Responsible for planning and managing all support for the case, including monitoring work flow, progress reporting, identifying and assigning staff, budget development and tracking, coordinating technical/data processing and eDiscovery support, and obtaining other required resources. Responsible for monitoring workflows and assignments to ensure that claims processing tasks are accomplished on schedule and accurately. Manages a team performing intake of claim submissions, review and analysis of claims based on DOJ established criteria and guidelines, medical records review, etc. Manages continuous workflow evaluation to optimize the output and quality of deliverables. Coordinates with DOJ on recommendations for efficiencies. Performs an active quality assurance role to ensure high quality work delivered on time. Reviews and provides daily intake and review statistics to DOJ Ensures that proper security is maintained overall project materials, in accordance with Department security procedures. Coordinates with other Contractor components to deliver project support. The Project Manager's work may be subject to coordination or direction by the Lead Project Manager.
