About The Position

Requirements

  • Previous shipping & receiving, fulfillment, or eCommerce experience (eBay experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort working with digital systems, order management tools, and basic inventory software
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise regularly
  • A proactive, dependable work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Must be 18 years or older, have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.

Nice To Haves

  • Motorcycle, automotive, or parts experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

  • Processing, picking, packing, and shipping eCommerce orders accurately and efficiently
  • Managing incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking merchandise
  • Fulfilling digital retail orders through platforms such as eBay and dealership eCommerce systems
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with cycle counts
  • Coordinating with Parts, Sales, and Management to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Preparing items for shipment with proper packaging, labeling, and documentation
  • Helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse/stockroom environment
