About The Position

Lasko Products, an industry leader of home environment products for over 100 years, is seeking a E-Commerce Sales Intern for our West Chester, PA office. The position is 40 hours a week and will run from mid- May through mid- August. This role offers exposure to digital retail strategy, online marketplace performance, and omnichannel sales initiatives. The intern will assist with analyzing online sales performance, supporting product merchandising initiatives, monitoring marketplace trends, and helping optimize Lasko’s digital presence across key retail partners and direct-to-consumer channels. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students interested in digital commerce, retail strategy, and data-driven sales decision-making.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Analytics, Finance, or related field
  • Rising Junior or Senior preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in eCommerce, retail strategy, and consumer products

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Coursework or project experience related to digital marketing or online retail
  • Familiarity with major online retail platforms or marketplaces

Responsibilities

  • Assist with analyzing online sales performance across major retail and marketplace partners
  • Support tracking of key performance indicators including sales trends, conversion rates, product rankings, and promotional performance
  • Help prepare weekly and monthly sales reporting dashboards
  • Support product listing audits across retailer and marketplace platforms
  • Assist with reviewing product content, imagery, and enhanced digital assets to improve conversion and customer engagement
  • Help identify opportunities to improve online product visibility and assortment strategy
  • Conduct competitive research across eCommerce channels to evaluate pricing, promotions, assortment, and digital merchandising strategies
  • Monitor online category trends and consumer behavior insights
  • Support analysis of promotional performance and seasonal sales opportunities
  • Participate in new product launch preparation for online channels
  • Assist with developing retailer presentations and digital sales materials
  • Support cross-functional projects with Marketing, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams
  • Complete a capstone summer project focused on improving eCommerce performance or customer experience
